I thought I'd give some feedback re Tim Forman who is currently delivering the first four days of Business Banking New Joiner Training in Glasgow for Abbey. The requirement for a trainer was only confirmed on Monday. We contacted Tim through you and he prepared for the training on Monday and drove up to Glasgow, arriving at 11:30pm.
The feedback from the Team Manager has been great. He arrived early, well prepared put their minds at rest and planned the delivery with the business expert. He is delivering the parts of the training that they're not confident to deliver and supporting another group who are in training at the same time by combining the groups for some sessions. The Team Manager described him as very competent and professional.

Attended Tim's "Better Networking Relationships" course provided for Santander. The course was well structured striking the difficult balance between imparting information and allowing time to apply and practice the skills being developed. Tim was able to easily adapt the programe to suit experienced networkers and novices in attendance; by the end of the day all were leaving able to to say they had learned something new.
